Opening times

We open the doors at 10.00am, to allow time to check-in, have some refreshments, and be ready to start the formal presentations at 10:30am.
In order to allow us to set up our equipment in a safe and orderly way, we ask you to remain in the foyer or outside the building until 10.00am unless you are a designated helper.
There is a mid-morning break, and a break for lunch. The event usually finishes about 3:30pm.
